For anyone else out there performing a controller upgrade on a Radwagon Gen3 Cargo e-Bike Controller upgrade, below are a couple of assets that may help you along. The stock controller pushes max 20W, while the battery and motor can handle much more. The below controller is 35W and offers a few other perks like temperature, voltage on the display, and a deep menu for dialing in settings. Definitely feel a torque boost, which helps when trying to cross intersections etc in an urban environment.

DIY bracket
The Area13 Controller’s mounting holes differ from those of the stock controller, so I designed and printed a bracket adapter. See below for the stl file and instructions

Settings
The controller parameters are deep and most forum discussions online are for the RadWagon 4; almost the same as Gen3 but a few differences. My settings below, along with links to a couple manuals to help explain all the codes:
